Firstly, its a false equivalence fallacy, why are we comparing developmental biology with gender identity, whats the correlation???
Now, i will finally answer the question, a fetus is not a baby, it's still in the prenatal stage of development inside the womb, a baby is a born human baby, a fetus can not think or feel. & Can't suvrive outside the womb, it depends entirely of the mothers body, the baby is already developed, it can interact with the outside world, their body works by themselves.
And gender identity inst just "man in a dress", its very complex mix of deeply rooted biological, psychological, and sociological factors, not clothing choiches. Plus, men can wear dresses, its just a piece of fabric, they can choose if they can wear it, that doens't mean they are themselves as a woman.
And than on my opinion on abortion: i think abortion can be unethical but that doens't mean that should be banned, in the rulebooks does it just say: "termination of pregnancy", that proves the gouverment arent doctors, in places where abortions are banned, are also Ectopic Pregnancies, D&C & miscarriage care banned, even if they are technically a "termination of pregnancy", its not an abortion, a lot of innocent women and doctors will be incarcerated over a procedure.
