No it does not, illegal aliens are provided with ID’s as I have previously stated. They do not have social security numbers in their name. They use other peoples.

Wrong again, Sir Failsalot. As stated resident aliens have socials and are not citizens so that in and of itself is not a proof of citizenship. It also clearly states that the only requirement is to “declare” by marking a x that you are a citizen.
