Elderly died because they were kicked out ?? This might be the first time I've heard that claim. Not necessarily saying it isn't true but as far as I know Cuomo wanted to free up beds in Hospitals to make room for the sickest Covid-19 patients who need constant care... So he sent the less severe or recovering patients to nursing homes who were not well enough prepared and it spread and killed people there...... Or in other words...... Cuomo killed the elderly on purpose just to hurt Trump.

It was all laid out in a formal order, effective March 25. New York was the only state in the nation that barred testing of those being placed or returning to nursing homes.

According to the Wall Street Journal - the state told nursing homes that they didn’t need to test symptomatic residents, and should assume they were positive.

“Some facilities took it to mean you should stop testing altogether, and they did,” said Elaine Healy, vice president of the New York Medical Directors Association.

In my opinion they should have definitely tested everyone.. especially in nursing homes... But I do seem to recall a shortage of test kits so maybe that was a factor.
