Entrapment is 'tempting someone to break the law by officers of the law'. Cops find out about someone trying put together a bank robbery crew. The cops send in someone undercover to gather evidence and make sure things get set up so the crew can be arrested the moment they enact the bank robbery plan. . .except the robbery crew are all talk and no walk. HOWEVER, if the undercover cop keeps pushing and prodding the group into actually robbing a bank when they had no real intention do so then that is entrapment because the cops wanted the group to break the law on purpose when the group had on real intent to do so.

There was no "breaking in" and it is NOT a "federal restricted area". Any citizen can go into the Capitol building and sit in the balcony and listen to your elected representative vote on bills. The Capitol is a public building giving daily tours to school-children! It is not the Pentagon or Ft. Knox. Also, you can visit the your elected representative in the Capitol building.

Breaking into a federal restricted area will get you shot. I learned that in the military. F**k around and find out.
