It can still be considered fraud, I will grant you that, but some people can afford to break laws more than others. The rich for instance, who can afford to commit fraud more than say people who make less than six figures a year. That doesn’t make it right either, of course but it is definitely a take advantage of what the world has to offer.

no, not emotional, just trolling and stating a fact that you were trying to make a wrong acceptable by bringing examples of other wrongs. They are both wrong and should not be excused, even thou it is not legal yet, but at one point it was, we didn't had cross gender athletes until in the Olympics till 2003, so something change, we started allowing it. We did had that tennis player in 1977, but outside of that it is fairly recent. Just like murder is illegal, but murdering babies by abortion is not, still does not make it right, legal or not.
