Statements made under oath included he was "healthy and fit", when in fact, along with other heart diseases was that one of his pulmonary arteries was 75 percent blocked. Other lies included were that the Police were never trained in MRT, which had been in fact trained in. The truth was there, it just was not allowed to be presented to the Court, by having an appropriate extreme Leftist in the chair.
