He was stoned out of his gourd with enough Fentanyl in his body to kill three or four people. His prior run ins with the law wasn't jaywalking or walking on the wrong side of the street either. I also noticed that only the White Cop got the majority of hate directed toward him and the Hispanic and Asian cop didn't.
