Union of Good (Charity Coalition / I’tilaf Al-Khair): Saudi-based umbrella of ~50+ charities created by Hamas leadership. Facilitated tens of millions in transfers to Hamas entities in West Bank/Gaza, including support for operatives' families and infrastructure. Designated by U.S. Treasury (2008). Members included Interpal (UK), Al-Aqsa Foundation, CBSP (France), etc.
Palestinian Zakat Committees (various, e.g., Ramallah, Hebron, Tulkarem): Hamas-controlled or influenced local bodies receiving zakat funds. Used for dawa that bolsters Hamas politically/militarily. Funds traced from HLF and other donors.
Al-Aqsa Foundation, Interpal, CBSP (Comité de Bienfaisance et de Secours aux Palestiniens), and similar: Designated or accused Hamas fundraisers channeling zakat-style donations.
