If that's so true that Billionaires don't get taxed enough then why do the top 1% of earners in New York Contribute to 46% of all tax money in the State. Its even crazier when you realize that the top 0.1% of earners in New York contribute too 25% of the States tax money. So, is that not enough or do they still need to be taxed more, and more, and more, and more.
