No one wants to cooperate with a group of government supported terrorists. They don't deport illegal immigrants, they deport anyone who is dark skinned.
Ice has turned what was once a democracy into a fascist regime that targets minorities as well as inciting hate in America and even globally. While directly they may not have done as much damage their misguided attempt in keeping America safe have caused a lot more harm indirectly that illegal immigrants.
