That's not generally how the science works. We get to name things based off of what we need to talk about. And in a lot of cases it makes sense to have separate definitions for biological sex and gender.

Because of legal bureaucracy and the outliers of science, man and male mean different things in the legal system than in a scientific study.

And also Scientists don't generally want to name or officially categorize every single outlier in human biology, so it makes sense to have different definitions.

Describe the credentials, that helped reach such a conclusion

Credentials aren't people. They can't reach conclusions. But if you want, you can try defining it yourself or looking up the current definition for male and female yourself.

I'll tell you what kind of people would fit in each category if you wish. I tried to do it myself, but I got stuck on what limits there should be on hormones for each biological sex.
