Pathetic is the only way to describe it. Submit a meme and wait two days for it to be featured.

I was told something about the owner of this site a long time ago, and given that the moderators deleted it every time it was posted anywhere on this site, leads me to believe its authentic.
I'm quitting myself too so it doesn't really matter if I get banned.

About 6-7 years ago he worked for someone who owned a website that was bought out by Amazon for a substantial amount, probably close to a million.
So he opened this one in the hopes that the popularity of it would entice Amazon to come and buy this one too... but here's the hilarious part: The site was ALMOST at the point where Amazon would have taken notice but in a desperate attempt to ensure it was 'family friendly' enough, he started moderating, deleting and micro managing the whole site right into the ground.
Every major user of the site left because everything was getting unfeatured or rejected.

Currently the sites user rate is about 15% of what it once was and he's only doubled down further since... now he's at the point where he has to run literally 100s of fake accounts all day-every day just to fudge the numbers, and by hiring a bunch of sjw's to assist -- Nothings getting through anymore.

I'd be surprised if the site even has 20 actual users by the end of the year.

Your story is way off. There are accounts here that are twice as old as you say the site is.

Trumpers are the reason why the main stream was split into Fun and Politics streams, but too late, as much of the main players already departed due to the hostile atmosphere. And why the disciplinary crackdown was focused on the politics stream, although ironically, as the overseers favored Righties, hence the imbalance. And thus the further decline.

When you get them for using full caps on one single word, or for using an exclamation point, or using regular popular memes that are used here constantly, or for saying "Did you assume my gender," or for accusing Donald J Trump of saying untruths, or not showing proper remorse for the sad untimely tragic horrible death of 1980s cannibalistic serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer, or "insulting class or group" - the group? A list of named convicted and sentenced child molesters and rapists of children... Then it ain't so hilarious.

That's not even the kicker. The one who made it thought that I was one of the site mods because he had used a couple of my Lady Dimitrescu templates once. So this guy started pestering me for a couple years, and I didn't know why. I figured maybe because I used to associate a bit with former user, SSTTUUAATTAA, and he went at him quite a bit.

So he made this meme mocking me, referencing that mod as me in the title or something. He made at least 3 copies of them (that I knew of) and a member and another mod gave me a links to see them.

So then I saw a 3rd and posted the link to that member, and I got a timer for that. The creator of that meme replied "HAHAHA" to me posting that link, yet nothing was done to his comment. So the head site mod gave me a timer because somebody else thought that I was a mod and had been bothering me for 2 years because of it. 48. For mocking myself by posting a link for a meme that was mocking me made by somebody else.

BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!
I approached the mod that inadvertently set this all off years prior, and his response? He gave me a link to the mod that gave me the timer so I could go to him and beg for mercy. Beg for mercy. 2 years I'm getting flack from this memer because he thought I was that mod's alt, and instead of telling the other mod what he can go do it himself, he gives me a link so I can go beg for mercy. For a timer for insulting myself. For meme mocking me because someone thought a I was a mod's alt.

They also seem to wait to post it until a certain time when it will get the least views and upvotes.

Yeah, like after pornub and Grinder shut down for the day.

I can't truly articulate how moronic this site is run. No site can sustain itself with the logic of 'we need to check before its featured but we don't have the time or resources to check'.

Oh here's an interesting lil factoid!

If I make 2 memes, one gets featured after 11 hours, the other one after 25
But that liberal with the several 'disabled comment' accounts?
All 4,6,8 memes posted one right after the other within the hour of making it (I checked)

Posting on user streams usually takes shorter time for them to be featured. The main politics stream is the one with the delay, because despite two mods listed for it, only one does. Something like memes are approved in two big batches a day. It's not like he's sitting there waiting for each one to come down the chute.

Just how many memes are you making???? I rarely do 1 meme per week. I've had my problems with the moderators here but I'm still here.

I'm closing in on 4 million pts and am not considering leaving. Sure sometimes the mods are super squeamish about lgbt memes, but I haven't had much trouble other than that (and posting LGBT stuff on weekends usually works). Worst issues are no notice if a mod doesn't like your opinion and using rarely used or your own templates.

The mods used to be much worse back when ALL social media had turned into the thought police for the Democrat Party. Then Musk bought Twitter and things started to calm down. It was like social media had been taken over by the Nazis. Well... Democrats... Nazis... virtually the same thing. Democrats even hate Jews like Nazis.
