On this item may I first question what address we're talking about? I've seen 413 to 415, 425, and 825 Ocean Avenue. So is this one or multiple projects?
Then in the initial L.A. Times article that I saw, it first said that Lindsay Horvath knew nothing about the mentally ill housing. But later in the article she claimed to have known about it for seven months. Which would be why I'd question our mayor's know nothing response, considering she's so chummy with Lindsay Horvath.
And if projects are required to go through a public process. How was this project able to circumvent that protocol?
Didn't the mayor say there was going to be a town hall? Because that's not what this is.
Not to mention that if a nursing home was not a good fit for this site. Why would mentally ill housing be a better fit? Or is your real intention to make people sell their homes, to be snatched up for affordable housing?

All the special interests that are out for themselves or their special interest, and not the best interest of the people. And you have to wonder how many of them are affiliated with Soros or his son.
