If it has to do with money everyone has their hand out. And there were so many of them. There's one homeless service here for the mentally ill and victims of violence at home who took fire aid funds. But any help to the fire victims seemed very short-lived. And this one particular organization has questionable practices in the math in their grant funding reporting, as well as others.
