Anything that starts with "Judge says", should be fully adjudicated. But, these low level judges are only a small part of the judiciary, and should not have the power to stop the head of a co-equal branch of govt from doing anything. That's what taking it to the SCOTUS is for.

For a judge to do that would be similar, but not really, to a single member of the House being able to stop the POTUS from doing something.

Even the leftards should be able to see how that's not a balance of power.
