Yes it does actually. That's why I keep telling the right to stop focusing on individual rights or stand your ground shit.
The most important aspect of 2A is "well regulated" militia. Many are either misinformed or they're not educated to understand well regulated means "training" "organizing" etc... and not "gun control."
So here's the deal. "Certain" military arms, or weapons that can cause mass destruction "should" be limited for "individual" civilians, such as... well bazooka, grenade, F-16, etc... The right keep arguing for individual rights, which is not what the 2A is for. By limiting some of these weapons from individuals, it opens them for private "well-regulated" militia and expands it to "private military."
THAT is what 2A is. This is why Texas has its own state military. But all the 2A expects is "training" and "organizing," so it can be as small as a county, city, or even a neighborhood, as long as the group is registered and regulated.
I find it baffling that so many dumb people in this country arguing over this when this was the introductory scene of IRONMAN 2. So if Elon Musk wants to own a f**king private army with F-16s, aircraft carriers, etc... if he could afford it, he has the damn 2A rights to do so.
