I think most of them are fully aware of the differentiation (at least 51% of them) but actively surpress their thinking skills and observations of reality to fall inline with the modern absurdities of 'acceptance'.

If most liberals were cornered in a sealed room and asked if a trans person (male to female) should ever have a gynecological exam, I'm sure most would say no and that no funding or delays for actual woman should take place to let it happen
