The argument of "when does life begin?" . No one can prove if it's conception or birth, so you're literally admitting that there's a 50/50 chance of killing a live baby. That's repugnant.

I find the death of babies to be terrible but I think that preventing abortions would cause more problems than allowing access. What I would do is allow abortions but only during the very early stages of pregnancy. Along with this, I would create a campaign to advertise (mandating would be hard and while this wouldn't be perfect, it's better than the much more extreme method mentioned before) the use of pregnancy tests every time after sex so abortions could happen sooner rather than later. Not only would women who want abortions be free of significant burdens after doing an abortion but this would at least please a wider spectrum of people.
