Apparently her own staff -- which abandoned her in droves -- discovered for themselves the downside of selecting someone for the vice presidency exclusively because gender and skin tone political criteria ticked the WOKE boxes when they ALSO found out that she point blank refuses to do any of the actual STUDYING that is part and parcel of becoming the second most powerful person on Earth.
Up to this point in her life all she needed to know was who to blow. But when she became the nation's V.P. it all got real and so . . . she . . . bailed.

I might question if he's even with it enough to know about that any longer. With dementia, people often live in past moments, sometimes having (re-having?) conversations that took place years ago. It sounds like they're talking to themselves, or talking to people who aren't there.
In Dementia Joe's case, he's probably living in a some kind of a twisted combination of a past situation and a current fantasy about being the PINO.
Funny thing about 'studying for the job', the job used to be nothing more than visiting foreign dignitaries or attending various functions the president didn't want to. Didn't want to have a meeting with a dick diplomat? Send the VP. Hated the person that just died and don't want to attend the funeral? Send the VP.
Yes, Dick Cheney was the first one to make the vice presidency into something real. But since the DNC knew that Biden had dementia when they rectally inserted him into the Oval Office they actually needed to get Kamala up to speed to become president. It just hasn't worked out as they anticipated.

Go back to the early history of this country and the vice president was the person who got the second highest number of votes. Parties were irrelevant.
Regardless of how easy the job of the vice president is, according to the Constitution, you do not want someone as dumb as Harris in that position. Especially when the president is so old he could just kick the bucket any time now.
But then you don't want someone as stupid as Biden in the White House either. Biden's a real nightmare.
