America is one of the best countries to live in, however there is always room for improvement

There are many better countries to live in - Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, the UK, Sweden, etc, etc.

And tons of countries worse to. America could be a lot worse, but it could also be a lot better

Comparable? Maybe. But not necessarily better.

Different social norms, different tax structures, etc...can't exactly go and say they're better unless you provide us the metrics by which you make such a determination.

Better political system, universal healthcare, more benefits from your taxes, very few mass shootings.
And Australia, New Zealand and Denmark all rank among the top 10 freest and most democratic countries, whereas the US ranks in the late teens or twenties.

You've never heard of Australia's illegal immigrants?
And we don't go telling everyone we're the greatest country in the world.

Acknowledging that we sold ourselves out doesn't necessarily mean I accept it..I have my own amount of fear regarding China. I thought Trump trying to fight them while alienating our allies was kind of a dumb move. While we were playing in the sandbox by ourselves, they were making friends.

The acceptance that they are a threat is the first step. Democratic Representatives refuse to accept that China is not our friend and is not a developing nation.
