That's because what it's saying and what it's meaning aren't the same thing.
The language and meme style look kinda a lot like the gazillion profiles that sent a gazillion feedback complaints and flags this year complaining about 'getting harrassed' by Timber as they spammed him day and night with multiple alts simultaneously because they ARE the same individual.
Timber wasn't supposed to get nixed in that game, just get a timer every other day so that this wannabe troll (usually known as MadTitan) can taunt him for it, hence this current effort to poke him to return to clarify that the fake Timber1972 accounts we see appearing weekly are not him.

There are other accounts pretending to be also Timber but under different names as well, and they - get this - argue with each other and this profile above!
A couple of the Community Mods can verify what's in my 2nd paragraph as they witnessed at least some of this weird drama, the 3rd is conjecture based on having had to deal with MT's set ups for a couple of years and what that blurb actually is aiming at - an attempt at prompting Timber as well as trolling the Admin of this site.
