I think it's about an era where there was no TV so you might like it. I believe it also involves a dwarf. So if you like no TV's and Dwarves you might love it.
I've seen The Walking Dead. The first few seasons definitely lived up to the hype, but it starts to male like starflightthenightwing and drag on, y'know.
I use to be into zombies, but it is so overdone these days...it's always the same.

Yeah, zombies should be reserved for the silver screen and games titles, not a constant series. Same with werewolves, vampires and other horror staples.
I agree, I love zombie movies/games if they're done well (Hint hint The Last Of Us) But mostly it's just slow dead people that eat fast living people.

I don't get the whole zombie thing, but I remain tolerant. When Iiii was in grade school, I'm sure we drove our parents crazy with our fascination of Frankenstein, Dracula, The Mummy, The Werewolf, and The Creature from the Black Lagoon.
I like a good zombie "movie"...but not the B-movie crap... I like some of the modern remakes of some of the classics...I'm surprised that noone has made a big budget remake of "The Creature From The Black Lagoon" yet...if they have, I never heard of it.
I've tried on 3 different occasions and can't get past the 3rd episode of the first season. I gave up. I agree, it isn't that good and I'm not about to read a bunch of books just so I can "get it." If the makers were better, I wouldn't have to do that.
You aren't missing anything, my friend forced me to watch an episode with him, it sucks balls. They say its like a "B" movie, but I'd say it's more like a "D."
gotta hand it to HBO - they make TV that aims to shock but ends up being BOOOOOORING!!
Well done guys!

Not a damn one. I think the last hyped up show I watched was The Walking Dead. I didn't care for it. I only have a TV to watch the world fall apart while listening to "Vicarious" by Tool.
