So I guess in 3rd world countries they don't have a well established hospital system that takes charge of issuing birth certificates. So in her country of origin they have no proof of her birthday and cannot prove she was 17 during the time her father became a US citizen, and put her down as a minor. It's also true for some reason they come over here 2 years younger. It never fails.

If I have a passport I can model in a different country for 90 days without needing a work visa, just as long as the company I'm working for can pay me correctly in accordance to the country I live in. It's a pain in the ass to pay double taxes.

If somebody is coming here from another country to work, I'm pretty sure they need a work visa before they can legally start working.

Not if your company has locations in America. Just like being sent out to work in Mexico or Canada by your company to work. People work on business travel all the time. They either reimburse the employee and add pay for time traveled, or the employee can apply for work visa if their travel lasts more than 90 days. I believe that's how it works.
