I ask that, because I have kids about this same age, and a student has to do a lot to get suspended. I mean, a lot and multiple times before they get suspended. They don't go from 0 to Suspended.

Of course, because this involves a minor and a pending lawsuit the school can't say anything. So, the only information we're getting is from the very partisan parents who are suing the school.

My personal experience with the school system says, "no, that's not true." However, I understand that my personal experience is not universal. So, can you show me more than 5 examples where a student ws immediately suspended for 1 interaction, and they didn't have any prior behavior problems being documented?

Maybe if they have a zero policy against racism. Its just an outside guess on why that would have happened , I know nothing of this case and this is the first time I am hearing of it.

Yes, the lawyer hired to win a lawsuit. Almost as if they were a professional hired to make sure only a specific viewpoint of their client is put forward.

I am certain that their lawyer is speaking truthfully, and I am as equally certain that this lawyer is not speaking all of the facts.

Because a good lawyer should be working to represent their client in the best possible light, and make sure that any other pieces of information that cast doubt on their innocence are not brought forward.
