now granted, it doesn't help them that their governments are absolutely shit.. but basic things like growing food and filtering water can be learned .. construction on basic things, homes and sewers, things that can be done with relatively unskilled labor, teach them to be self sufficient instead of just sending money, would be a better solution than turning them into banes of the tax payer, breeding anger and intolerance (for lack of a better word)
well no one does if we go back far enough.. that's why staying current ( at least with in the last 200 years) I think is important when discussing this stuff.. Like my old Man.. He was German and Irish, his blood came here in 1895, and My mom's blood, She is from Spain, her grandparents came in the early 1900s. Both had their papers and were legal immigrants.

double the rate for non-Hispanic White teens (8.4), and more than 10 times the rate for non-Hispanic Asian teens (1.8). Funny how birth rates for teens in black and Hispanics are so much higher than whites and Asians.. looks like screwing little kids is a minority thing more than you wanna admit.
