It's not a conspiracy when a politcal rival administration goes nuts convicting someone just to do it for show cause they feel threatened by a "movement", happens all the time, that's kinda the point o the meme......I mean, let's be realistic, historically, it should've been done to Johnson, Reagan, Bush Sr, Clinton (oops wait), Bush, Obama too but it didn't cause some people have restraint.....I mean even Nixon was eventually not pursued this much.......

So hypothetically let's say the roles were reversed... 2016 the investigation into Hillary's emails was never reopened, she had spent more time in middle America, and somehow ended up winning against trump. Then she ended up being the one having to deal with the 2020 pandemic, it went equally horribly, and she ended up getting the boot. Trump wins 2021. Hillary ends up getting indicted for something related to Uranium One as she is trying to campaign to get a second term.

For this hypothetical, let's say the whole "lock her up" thing was never a thing.... What specifically would / should / could Trump do differently in that scenario than what Joe Biden is doing (or has done), so as to not have the indictment be a political hit job?

Or can indictments simply never be legit if they're happening to someone who is of the president's political opposite?
