If the left had any brains they would realize that even people who were born male but identify as female still have on average 40% more strength than woman. Because, science.

That makes it unfair to put men who identify as women in women sports but more importantly it creates a very dangerous position for real women who get severely injured by the fake women.

If you want to play dress up and make believe you are something you are not that is your own business but when your make believe endangers other people then you really need to stop and just go home.

I'm sure this will get me on the second train to "the camps" if not the first, but physically, they're not equal.. that's why it's an issue as far as sports.

I don't really take issue as far as bathrooms... but sports....eh... idk. Physical confrontations as well. Should humans fight? No.. but it just seems considerably more wrong for a man to punch a woman than for a man to punch another man.

To be clear there are definitely women who could mop the floor with me.... I don't think I'm like... hot sh*t or "better" than women or anyone. I just think as a man I'm generally stronger than I would be had I been born as a biological woman.

Trump never had a ban on trans people. He just stopped paying for their surgery and required them to dress in uniform, like everyone else.

All adult trans people should compete on men's teams. Some transwomen may not like this, but this is the solution that makes the most biological sense.

As for youth sports, we shouldn't have sports in public schools at all. Taxpayer money shouldn't be used to fund bread & circuses at any level. All youth sports should be privately-funded community-based leagues. But as they currently stand, transgender girls who didn't go through male puberty should be allowed to compete with cis girls.

the argument is they are missing out. if you are missing out, does it really matter to you which team you get to play on? most of this issue is about non trans peoples acceptance of their participation at all.

The problem is that the men that identify as women normally can’t even compete with men, but they beat down the women.

that is the perception. i think at some point ya gotta leave it for the sports leagues not government. the idea that they are making these laws for underage kids is like...you're 12, you don't get to declare a preference for lifestyle yet.

sure you might be gay, or whatever, but ya gotta play on the team assigned for now. because frankly having sex is illegal so how can you have a preference. birth certificate please.

most of the laws are unequally applied. i e. women can play on mens teams but men cannot play on womens teams. it is the same question. olympic rules should be used in college? otherwise our amateur athlete pipeline is corrupted? dont know.

and a very very large part of us do not care. i just do not want to see anymore children being exposed to predators in the guise of proving gender. i do not want the head games to be played with them that this legislation opens up.

i am deeply offended by that law because it was designed to be that way. to give give them access and to harrass athletes, particularly women athletes.

put an asterisk and double rank the athletes. i do not care. but to openly suggest our children must have there gender verified by medical exam upon request of anyone is wrong.

grow the hell up Idaho. this has very little to do with competition.
