I watched a video of the recent Portland shooting and it's a f*cked up thing. Those guys looked like they weren't doing anything wrong when the shots rang out. I do think, however, that it's short-sighted to assume Patriot Prayer are all good people simply because the word "prayer" is in the name. About 3 years ago, a white supremacist who attended Patriot Prayer rallies was attacking two teenage girls on a bus because they were middle eastern and when two men intervened he stabbed them to death. A leader of Patriot Prayer denounces neo-nazis but the group often finds themselves on the same side and in Portland, this goes back years.

No organisation or group is perfect.
