1. Understand that some people are mentally disabled – they don’t have a choice about being stupid so please treat them with kindness
2. Some dumb people are just dumbasses – they are capable of learning but refuse to, do NOT treat them with kindness it just makes them worse
3. Be knowledgeable – dumb people lack knowledge so have your facts together [see rule 5 exception]
4. Ask them for facts – dumb people have a lot of ridiculous ideas that they can't back up; you can sometimes get them to stop by demanding facts that support their bs [see rule 5 exception]
5. Understand that dumb people usually can’t learn – they are often closed minded and facts are their ‘kryptonite’; if you bring up facts they will just start yelling babble to escape
6. Stupid people can be very insecure - so they can’t listen to facts that can threaten their beliefs
7. Avoid controversial topics - If you have to be around dumb people avoid anything that can upset them and make them angry
8. Do not debate with dumbasses - There's absolutely no point in engaging in a debate with a dumb person because they don’t know how to debate/learn; just act like they aren’t there and do not respond to any of their comments
Instead of dealing with dumbasses you might consider raising your standards and get smarter acquaintances that you can have actual discussions with!
