Tired old straw man argument. We don't see kids dying constantly among the Amish. Try to post something intelligent next time.

That's because Amish children spend very little time among the general population.

Yes...not since I was a kid, though...and to clear things up, I am not against safe vaccines, though I am unconvinced that some of them are very effective. Obviously, the idea of preventing disease should appeal to anyone. I just do not condone the current state of the vaccine industry (cronyism between the pharm. companies, doctors, insurance, etc.) and the harmful chemicals & whatnot they put into the vaccines for whatever reason. Many people assume that "anti-vaxx" = pro-child death, which is absurd. Have a good weekend & healthy too. :)

I'm personally not informed enough about the vaccines kids get now. I had a preemie back in the day and read every word of the fine print when they tried to push his vaccines. Scared me to death! I refused until his immune system developed further but I couldn't say "no". At least that's what they told me at the schools.

Just so you know, vaccines only cause a severe adverse reaction in one of every million cases. That's pretty damn safe. Also, a vaccine only costs about $15 (give or take a few dollars.) Yet if a child gets, say, tetanus, the cost for intensive care can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. See, if medical providers really wanted to make money, they wouldn't give out vaccines so then they could make loads of money from the intensive care most people have to go through when they get the disease.

"random site". PubMed is maintained by the United States federal government as a database for doctors and medical researchers.

1) The risk of neurodevelopmental disorders following Thimerosal-containing Hib vaccine in comparison to Thimerosal-free Hib vaccine administered from 1995 to 1999 in the United States. "...This study provides suggestive evidence of an association between Thimerosal and neurodevelopmental outcomes and provides support for carrying out additional well-designed studies examining the association between Thimerosal-containing vaccines and a wide range of neurodevelopmental outcomes..."
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/29573974

2) Protective role of alpha-lipoic acid in impairments of social and stereotyped behaviors induced by early postnatal administration of thimerosal in male rat "...neonatal dose-dependent exposure to Thimerosal mimicking the childhood vaccine schedule can induce abnormal social interactions and stereotyped behaviors similar to those observed in neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism,.."

By "responsible parents" do you mean 40-year-old moms with bowl cuts? Also, every study - even ones funded by anti-vaxxers (look it up!) - show NO SIGN of vaccines causing Autism! I myself have high-functioning Autism, and I exhibited signs of that WAY before I got the MMR vaccine.

I believe that you are referring to thimerosal. Thimerosal was banned in most vaccines in 2001 to ease public opinion because it contained "mercury." This was, in fact, true, but thimerosal contained ethyl mercury, which is harmless. Methyl mercury, the poisonous one, has never been used in vaccines.

How about when they point out two studies on PubMed done in 2018, last year not 2009, that show the additive Thimerosal is linked to neurodegenerative disorders such as autism?
