There is something wrong when healthcare insurance is asuch as rent and you still have to pay your grocery budget when you go to the doctor. Then you realize you'd rather eat so you ditch the insurance, tax time comes around and you get fined. How is that "access to healthcare". It was simply requirement to have medical insurance.
