It appears the "learning centers" are in multiple states. Most if not all states possibly. At least one was found in Columbus, Ohio with the same MO: the only thing going in and out is taxpayers money. Can't imagine why US debt is pushing 39 trillion.

Nick Shirley's video is questionable...

Nick Shirley's video is questionable...

Managers of daycare centers featured in the video have claimed Shirley visited when the facilities were not open for regular business.

State officials and critics questioned if Shirley filmed during the Christmas holiday week (around December 26), a time when many legitimate businesses and child care centers are closed.

While a CNN crew was interviewing Shirley outside a center he claimed was inactive, caregivers were filmed in the background dropping off children in real-time.

The Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Children, stated that all centers featured in the video received unannounced visits in the prior six months where children were present and no evidence of fraud was found.

The video highlights locked doors as suspicious, but state officials and daycare managers point out that childcare centers are required to keep doors locked and use access codes for the safety of children.

I've heard that 2 of the ones he visited were permanently closed well before he showed up. I haven't been able to confirm which 2 yet
