Happy News of the Day! Shelby Hurd; IL mom was home alone w/ her baby when
a paroled burglar broke into her home.
She hid the baby in a closet, got her gun, &
shot him in the head as he entered her room.
Police found him wearing gloves, & carrying
a screwdriver. He had a history of burglary
convictions, was recently released on parole.
The woman remains anonymous, faces no
charges & was cooperative. Police treated
it as a justified self-defense shooting. Pin a medal on that woman. Mother of the year.
Unlike Clancy, she first protected her child.
