Sometime ago last year, I also cited the same figure to you. I have found out since that actually it's just a bogus number.

68 is not an average derived from actual administered IQ tests. That was whipped up by one individual, a supposed guesstimate conceived of to fit his White supremacist agenda.

The same number is also applied by him to the rest of Africa, pretty neat trick for such a huge landmass to have such consistency in IQ levels despite being the most genetically varied place on Earth. It was also applied to Australian Aborigines, which are actually Caucasoids, or Australoids as some may categorize them, but not African. So basically anybody with darker skin got tacked on that number by him.
