President Trump needs to make an executive order giving back any property owned by a registered democrat, to a random native tribe in New Guinea. He can justify it like the dems do and say it makes him feel good.
Since borders are racist, technically any unfriendly native americans the europeans met were racist if they just didn't take in the europeans. After all, Jesus told us to open our doors to everyone!
The real answer is that most native tribes didn't believe in borders and migrated with the seasons. They thought they were getting one over on the white man when they sold them the land.
