The real answer is that most native tribes didn't believe in borders and migrated with the seasons. They thought they were getting one over on the white man when they sold them the land.

They had territories and they migrated within those territories.
They did not think they sold anybody any land because the land was not for sale.

You need to check your history again. They migrated all over for the different seasons across multiple states (now states).

President Trump needs to make an executive order giving back any property owned by a registered democrat, to a random native tribe in New Guinea. He can justify it like the dems do and say it makes him feel good.
