If only Don Demon was a police officer, then maybe he would have qualified immunity to protect himself from his dumbass actions.

[image deleted] Yeah! That is only part of what it was introduced for! It was also to prevent "unhinged violent anti freedom activists who harassed and threatened women, children, & men worshipping in churches". You have to do your own research and stop listening to those jackasses braying over at CNN, ABC, CBS, and MS Now!
The Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act (FACE Act) was introduced to prevent the use of physical force, threats, or obstruction that could injure, intimidate, or interfere with individuals seeking reproductive health services OR EXERCISING THEIR RELIGIOUS FREEDOMS AT PLACES OF WORSHIP!

ICE agents are not supposed to stand in front of a subject vehicle. Which Ross did.
ICE Agents are not supposed to attempt to stop a vehicle from leaving. Which Ross did.
ICE agents are not supposed to fire into or at a moving vehicle. Which Ross did.

He murdered her. Then he got in his truck and left the crime scene.

Renee's death, though highly tragic, is not murder. Sorry to clue you in on this fact.
People labelling it so, only fuels their ability to act as idiots and dehumanize Federal Agents.

Sorta like calling someone a Nazi, so they can act violently upon them to justify their actions
with outrageous RAGE.
Who can fault someone for beating a person they claim is less than human ?
Stop the silly rhetoric fools.

No. It's murder. He made the choice when he transferred his phone to his left hand. Then quickly walked across the front of the car while the wife's back was turned to position himself at the driver's side front quarter panel.

You can see it clearly in his video. It's the fastest and most deliberate move he makes.

Ross was in the CBP before he was in ICE. he was stationed in El Paso, TX. During the time he was there, there was a rash of incidents exactly like this. It got so bad in 2012 that DHS conducted a study of all the incidents. They found what happened with Renee kept happening again and again.

It was as if the CBP agents had trained each other on how to escalate a situation, then place them in a spot where they could claim imminent threat and shoot someone.

It's why DHS has the policies of agents not placing themselves in front of a vehicle. Of not shooting into a vehicle. And not shooting into a moving vehicle.

Ross knew what he was doing when he did it. He murdered her.

Why Omit the name of the Agent with his ARM IN HER WINDOW ?
The guy that ordered her 4x to "Get out of the CAR"
What evidence have you that Officer Ross is not supposed to be concerned for his fellow officer ?

ICE Agents are supposed to cite people obstructing their duties, which Ross was in the process of doing as demonstrated by his going over to his own vehicle and grabbing his citation book out of it,
after getting Becca's spouses license plate number off the back of her vehicle, all the while being shadowed and taunted by Becca.
Did you expect him to go around the back of the Honda, instead of the front, to cite her?

Many people read a lot into this incident that just isn't so. You're not alone, in your Collective.

They had her license plate number. The wife even told Ross they don't change their plates.

They could have mailed her the citation.

She assaulted Federal law enforcement officer with her car which caused him to go to the hospital. You can live in liberal la la looney land all you want but those are the facts and he acted well within his rights when he shot her.

Everyone saw the videos. We know what happened. We saw her aim for him and hit him.

He went to the hospital?!? Is that where he had a very real and not at all fake doctor diagnose him with... internal bleeding?

Was the internal bleeding so bad that they discharged him and he didn't spend any time in the ER or the hospital?

You saw her aim for him? By backing up and then spinning her wheels to the right- away from where he was standing?

Why do you gaslight yourself so hard? Why?!?

And no, he did not act within his rights. It is against ICE policy to stand in front of a subject vehicle. It is against ICE policy to try to stop someone from fleeing. It is against ICE policy to fire into a vehicle. It is against ICE policy to fire into a moving vehicle.

And in 2025 the Supreme Court said that when a federal or local agent of the government/law knowingly places themselves in danger they cannot claim 'self defense in the face of imminent threat'.

He murdered her. And he knew he was going to do it when he switched his phone from his right hand over to his left, moved across the front of the car and stood just off the driver's side quarter panel.

He murdered her.
2 ups, 2mo
When reality doesn't match what you want to believe you call the doctor a fake.

Everything is a conspiracy theory, isn't it.

You do know that there is more than 1 video of what happened, don't you? Are the videos that show what actually happened also fake?
1 up, 2mo
The fact remains, she hit him with her car. From the officer's perspective, he was responding to an assault with a deadly weapon (her car) with the appropriate action.

It would have been just as appropriate if he was just a citizen and not law enforcement.

Let me put this in leftist "newspeak" so you'll understand it better.

A white supremacist hit a black man with her car while he was peacefully protesting against white supremacy. He was armed because he feared the white supremacists might try to kill him and that fear was stronger than his absolute disdain of the 2nd Amendment.

He perceived the actions of this white supremacist as racist and potentially deadly, so he fired back in self defense and killed the white supremacist as she hit him with her car. He ended up in the hospital with internal bleeding.

Now do you understand the situation better?

That is what CNN is telling you now? You guys have to take back your brains from the media! Brand new and unused! Try looking at the video and you will see clearly that this vehicular terrorist deliberately (like any good islamist terrorist who have been giving liberals worldwide lessons) tried to assassinate the officer with her murderous vehicle! That he cursed after she tried to murder him is absolutely not surprising... as this is the 2nd time, within 12 months, that another liberal vehicular terrorist tried to assassinate him!

What's it like to gaslight yourself that hard?

He murdered her. He decided to do it when he was confronted by her wife. Then he transferred his phone from his right hand to his left. Then he crossed the front of the vehicle to stand just off the driver's side.

She backed up. Spun her wheels to the right to drive away.

He shot her through the windshield. Then he shot her twice more through the open window as her body tensed up and sent the car off. Then he said, "f**king, bitch."

Then he got in his truck and drove away.

Once again, had she complied with the officers orders to exit the vehicle she'd still be alive to bitch about it. Instead she punched the gas, got a ventilated head for her efforts and her "wife" that egged it on has $1,000,000 on go fund me last I heard.

Um. Actually. In May 2025, the U.S. Supreme Court unanimously ruled in Barnes v. Felix that the "moment-of-threat" rule is unconstitutional for evaluating excessive force.

In the ruling, they specifically use the example of an officer placing themselves in front of a subject vehicle. They're a trained professional. They knowingly placed themselves in the path of danger. They cannot claim moment of threat if the driver attempts to run them over.

Which is exactly what Ross did. He deliberately placed himself in front of that car.

He murdered her.

I see, so even in cases of late especially in blue states, where cops are told not to get into a high speed chase with vehicles that are fleeing because of the potential for impact events with innocents, the cop has no way of knowing why they are fleeing or what types of crimes could be committed down the road because the person fleeing is obviously doing that because they have done something and dont want to get caught.

We know that Good just wanted to get home to put her toys on charge so she and her wife could have a night of fun, but what of others who could be bank robbers, murderers, etc. If they flee and are allowed to go then go on to hurt or kill someone else, who's fault is that? The cop who let them go or the courts who made sure he had to let them go?

When a person flees it is a clear indication a crime has been committed, it is a cops job to try to stop them, if he places his body in front of the car sounds to me like he's going over and above in his efforts to get a criminal off the street.

She was told to exit the vehicle, had she done so instead of thinking the rules didnt apply to her she'd still be alive, simple as that.

What you have said here, "a person flees it is a clear indication a crime has been committed," is directly against the foundation of America- you are innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

And this whole "future crimes" business is some authoritarian nonsense. You don't get to lock people up because they might commit a crime later on.

So going forward, when a cop tries to pull me over I can just take off because he really has no idea whether I've done anything or not. I mean, my VEHICLE may have been speeding, but he doesn't know for a fact it was ME behind the wheel, and so I can just take off, he's not allowed to pursue, and he'll never know.

And so with Good, even though her vehicle was purposefully blocking the road trying to keep ICE from doing thier job, they couldn't say it was Good doing that, and so when they told her to exit the vehicle they had no right to tell her to do that, and when she attempted to flee, they were obligated to get out of her way and let her go.

I really do like democrat pretzel logic, with a little mustard of course.

I know you're trying to setup a ridiculous premise to make it into a strawman, but, yeah. The state has the burden of proof. Prove that's your car. Prove that you were driving it. Prove that you drove off.
0 ups, 2mo
And I have no obligation to pull over when the lights are on behind me, right? It's just a suggestion, the lights flashing on the cop car are just a "pretty please" (with sugar on top) from the officer?
