The baby murderers are upset that the law not being federalized means no federal money, no freebies.

Yes, but fortunately for the hate-mongering and fear promoting Dem Party's leadership their voters only KNOW what their fanatically leftist loyal media outlets tell them to KNOW. Dem Party voters being Dem Party voters, they hear their political propaganda masters and BELIEVE regardless of easily discoverable facts and truth.

It's a heart warming -- or heart worming -- relationship of the absolutely corrupt leading the determinedly blind.

Leftists are not intelligent to figure that out. They let their emotions rule them and think whatever their masters tell them to think no matter how stupid or just plain evil that "belief" is.

supreme court | THE SUPREME COURT'S DECISION PROHIBITS A NATIONAL ABORTION BAN | image tagged in supreme court | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
For Democrats who disregard law and order anyway, they like to imagine that Congress can pass a bill, that's already been struck down by the Supreme Court.

Supreme court decisions don't prohibit anything anymore - the concept of precedent was thrown out the window in order for the theocrats to overturn Roe.

"Suppose the Court had stopped there, rightly declaring unconstitutional the most extreme brand of law in the nation, and had not gone on, as the Court did in Roe, to fashion a regime blanketing the subject, a set of rules that displaced virtually every state law then in force," Ginsburg said.

No, I mean the bedrock Supreme Court ruling that withstood more than 40 years of jurisprudence until Moscow Mitch and Trump packed the high court with theocrats who lied through their confirmations to strip women of bodily autonomy.

There are no theocrats in the U.S. If Congress wanted to they could've passed a federal abortion law anytime in the past 50 years, but they knew it wouldn't pass. Every legal scholar has always noted that the Roe decision had very weak legal standing being based on a "privacy" argument and not a personal liberty argument. All the Supreme Court's decision did was to put any abortion restrictions back in the hand of the states like it should've been in the first place. Women can still get all the abortions they want, even in the strictest states within the 1st 6 weeks and in 9 states, there's no restrictions at all, where women can have an abortion up until the moment of delivery.

Fun Fact... dems lied to get the mother to bring the case... Which she later deeply regreted and oh... Baby Roe lived...

So you're saying Americans in every state will vote for an abortion ban... WOW
1 up, 2h
Never said anything about voting.

I'm saying the end goal for the right is and always has been banning abortion voted in or not. The "states rights" argument is just convenient for now.
