Do your Legislators WRITE Legislation and then Vote on it ? Congress? Senate?

Do your Legislators WRITE Legislation and then Vote on it ? Congress? Senate? | ROE V. WADE
SO, RBG SAID IT WAS A POOR WAY TO LEGISLATE.
AND, THE SAME JUDICIAL BRANCH OF GOV'T
THAT CREATED IT, DISMANTLED IT. WHY DO LEGISLATIVE CANDIDATES PROMISE
IF YOU'LL DONATE $$$ TO THEIR CAMPAIGN
AND VOTE FOR THEM, THEY'LL VOTE FOR LEGISLATION
THAT THEY THEMSELF ARE
UNABLE OR UNWILLING TO WRITE
AS YOUR LEGISLATOR ? | image tagged in philosoraptor, politics, kamala harris, right to life, abortion, women rights | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

Congress didn't have the votes fifty one years ago.

Would NEVER have em now.
1 up, 1w
That may be so.

The meme is to take into inspire others to learn that Radical Libweirdo Democrazy incumbents and new current candidates are bragging in their campaign ads that they support ROE V. WADE, which is a dead horse. Basically, promising to vote for any legislation that is ProAbortion, while calling themselves ProChoice. Many have raised campaign funds to become a Legislator, in the Legislative Branch and taken campaign donations promising the same. It is too profitable in campaign donations, not to have a law ever passed, than to put up a Bill for a vote. When Obama was in Office, the dems had the triple threat of control of All Three Branches of Gov't and still did not devise a bill to support their claimed cause. They will become legislators that will not likely ever legislate.

However, like the belief in a 2022 RedWave, don't kid yourself if you think it could never happen.
All it might take is for somebody like David Steel to read, copy, and paste his 1966 legislation that passed through Parliament and became British Law. Our system is modeled after theirs in many ways and has origins in English Common Law.

Mr. Steel still was a member of Parliament in 2004, when he thought his legislation could be improved upon in an interview:

Regardless, the late great Rush Limbaugh often said, and I'll paraphrase:
"I AM PRO-CHOICE. I am fine with their being a choice to honor an individual's free will.
I only HOPE that each Woman that finds herself pregnant makes the correct choice to care for herself and give birth to her child every time."
