Mar-a-Lago is worth way more than $18M. $500K is a conservative estimate according to real estate experts. Anyway, the valuation must be agreed to by the bank to get a loan. If the bank agrees, it doesn't matter what the actual value is. No case like this has ever been brought before a NY court.
