Felons and mentally ill like this young lady, should never be able to hold a firearm. I would have responded sooner but back to back comment bans kept me from being able to.

And yet the fact remains that not everybody is XX or XY. People like you seem to think there are only two sexes. That's not true.

Anomolies with XX/XY should be irrelevant according to your position that gender is separate from sexual physiology. Nor has anyone posited a link between said anmolies and any these other genders which except for a 3rd in some cultures (ie India, Palau, Native American), simply did not exist a decade ago, and are themselves described as sexual oientations, rather than a cultural type behavior.
