I'll call attention to a key word: REAPPEAR.  



So, the committee has already heard from the Secret Service.  And what they heard must not have contradicted the testimony of Ms Hutchinson.

1) the secret service already testified. 

2) the secret service did not say that she was lying. Or that it didn't happen. Only that  "We plan on formally responding on the record,” and, “We have and will continue to make any member of the Secret Service available.”

Those hearings with the Secret Service were held behind closed doors. House is being very selective on what they are presenting to the public. Secret Service may never have been asked about Trump trying to grab the steering wheel. Or if the answer wasn’t what the house wanted to hear they would never make that answer public.
