Again, if you care about the science, an embryo is what we call a human being at 3 weeks to 8 weeks of development. A teenager is a human being around 12 to 18 years of development.

Indirectly, yes, you are and it's also against the TOS although you never seem to get timed out for it.

The POLITICS TOS states:
-"don't harass anyone"
-"No racist or otherwise bigoted content"
-"vilifying or discriminating against groups of people or other users is not [OK]. This applies to comments as well."
-"Be respectful of other people's opinions and do not discriminate or attack anyone."

Surely you've seen flags submitted. He constantly attacks, harasses, discriminates, and vilifies Christians. You can chose to disagree with me because the strike zone here is not well defined, all of these terms are matters of opinion.

Okay, you got me there. Octavia certainly does have some very anti-Christian and anti-conservative opinions. Problem is that if mods were to crack down on Octavia on even those most petty of TOS violations, they would have to crack down on pretty much every other user on Imgflip as well, especially those who participate in political debates. Because if we’re being honest with one another, pretty much every attack on another group would be a TOS violation, and would likely wind up with politics, politicsTOO, conservatives, and Real_Politics all getting nuked, which would be a lose-lose for absolutely everybody involved, if we were to enforce TOS to the strictest letter of the law. Instead, I’d rather see Imgflip take an approach that at least tries to consider free speech and allows for people to have political debate. There’s certainly still flaws, but it’s at least better than going full Twitter and waging a crusade against conservatives.

Of course, which is why you don’t earn more timers than you currently do. I am pointing out however that it does violate TOS if you’re interpreting it exactly as it’s stated, it’s simply a matter of whether mods enforce it or not, especially when so many people would be affected if such an extreme interpretation were to be implemented.
