Sure. The part where the mRNA gets inserted inside the cell from a virus (or in the case of one vaccine surrounded by fat that passes into the cell). Normally in muscles cells and other regular cells this just takes over the internal machinery of the cell and forces it to produce spike proteins until the cell explodes releasing them.
In the case of immune cells they don't have the necessary machinery so they get the equivalent of a blue screen of death.
