What ever happened to being the best person qualified for the job. What is a person's skin color supposed to do to uphold the Constitution? What is their gender supposed to do?

The supreme court does not represent the American people, it (allegedly) represents the Constitution.

If Biden is interested in identity politics then he should encourage voters to pay more attention to the superficial features of a candidate for Congress, and pay no attention to what their opinions are.

The happened with Trump and Hillary in 2016. Before that it was in 1948 when Democrat Harry Truman beat Republican Thomas Dewey. Dewey won the popular vote but lost in the electoral college. It's not very often. It's pretty rare actually.

In 2020 Trump won the popular and the electoral vote but lost in the fraudulent and illegal votes. And because of that the Democrats are trying to rush legislation through that would make fraud legal.

Also in 2000. Al Gore won the popular vote but George W. Bush won in the electoral college.

Given that I can provide proof of my assertion from the White House right down to the rank-n-file liberal it is difficult to impossible for you to refute any of it. My particular favorite is the "progressive" mortgage loan company specifically set up to fight racism in the lending industry... getting caught being racist as all hell in discrimination *AGAINST* blacks. Not a Republican to be found anywhere in that scenario, and yet plain, everyday liberals just cannot help but be racists even when they espouse they ARE doing just the opposite.

Biden won’t hold on to the numbers he boasted in 2020 during the midterms because people generally don’t seem to care as much for the midterms as the do for the presidential elections which is a shame given they’re probably even more important, honestly.

Drudging up identity politics for a foreseeable Supreme Court Justice isn’t going to get people out to vote. Only the actual candidates can do that. And I’m not sure whether or not a Presidential endorsement will help or even matter.
