I'm black, and I can tell you this. In my neighborhood, people received multiple ballots in the mail for people that used to live at these rented homes. My neighbors were bragging about all the times they voted, and no one is scared of getting caught, because nothing happens to them that do. And they just gonna do that again. Look at the poll workers in the city-- almost all black. It's bad to say, but we some cheatin mofos.
