You are implying that it isn't a privilege without saying anything to contradict that.
It is also not just 'turns based', people are are prioritized based on the severity of their condition.

If you are referring to the NHS, the difficulties it faces are caused by the Conservative government that are slowly crippling it so they can eventually reproduce the U.S system and profit from it.

The NHS saves lifes and hands out vital medication every day and nobody has to hold fundraisers to gain access to it.

I am referring to people in my "enlightened" and "progressive" country who have been placed on wait lists until they could get treatments - including CANCER TREATMENTS!! - because of an overburdened public health "service" with no alternative.

People have in fact died on wait lists, and that is not the "conservatives' fault" because most of the time we have had "social democrats" to screw things up for us.

If you want to lecture me on something, don't let it be the benefits of public health service, or other social democratic "benefits" and "privileges". I know them too well to believe in them.

Women can get testicular cancer and men can get breast cancer, over 2000 men are diagnosed with breast cancer every year in this country.

Males can get breast cancer, because males do have breasts.... Only females that are 'intersex', and who have some degree of testicular tissue can get testicular cancer... That is very rare; much more rare than a male getting breast cancer, because (all?) males have breasts, and vast majority of females do not have testicles or testicular tissue.... Your point is well taken, but what does this all have to do with 'conservative'? I know tons of 'liberals' or 'democrats' who are intensely ignorant and intolerant in this regard.... Btw, I also know a good many 'democrats' who walked around spouting the 'N-word' (up through the 90s and early 2000s), yet magically stopped using it when Obama was elected; one of these is a an elected union official (and of course, now, would deny it all)!... I was always disturbed and perplexed by that behavior on several levels, and avoided these people as much as I could.
