(Im not informed on what took place FYI) Really depends on whether the person being shot in the back is running WITH or WITHOUT a firearm. If they ARE, then BLAP BLAP, problem solved. If not, no blap blap. Most of the time it isn't that simple so we should review uncut body cam footage to see the full context of what happened. Then we can see if the shooting is Just or not. (Again I didn't read an article on this, so im trying to be as objective as possible)
