Yes, but not residential property tax. Look it up. This is a scam. We reserve the right to live, right? You can't tax on residential property b/c it puts people in slavery.
Taxes should come from "gains" or things you earn like income, business, etc... Now some suggest a balance, since property is also an investment, then you can be taxed on the sale of a residential property gain.
However, taxing you just for "living" in your own property, essentially you don't "own" the property anymore, you are in a way renting it by paying property tax. That's slavery.
