White privilege is no different than any other country. Chinese privilege in China, Mexican privilege in Mexico. It simply means the country was set up by the predominant culture for the predominant culture. Americans, including Black Americans, have privilege over immigrants because they are citizens and that is a privilege.

Some white immigrants get treated better than African-Americans who have been here their entire lives.

And some black immigrants get treated better than caucasians who have been here their entire life. In fact, our society has institutionalized favoritism of minorities over Caucasians with Affirmative Action, hate crimes, diversity quotas, etc. Racial equality means equal treatment based on character, skills, experience, etc. When we put quotas on the number of people with certain skin colors, if is offensive to both sides.

I don’t know what they’re doing in China because I don’t live there. I’m really only concerned with what’s going on in the US. I have heard from someone from Mexico that lighter-skinned Mexicans get preferential treatment and darker skinned ones can be considered lower class.

It seems like you all are trying so hard to convince people that there’s no such thing as white privilege and (comically) trying to offer up affirmative action as proof. But why do we even have affirmative action to begin with? Just some ploy to take away what belongs to white people?

It is not something to feel guilt for as every group sets up its rules to fit the group. The American Civil rights movement use to challenge the practices of the system and is healthy. The modern movement looks not for equality but elevation, and redirected racism. It also wants to destroy the system rather than amend or modify it. We are unique among the nations of the world and though not perfect not deserving of erasure by the New Liberal Communists. There is a difference between the American Revolution and the French Revolution. One lead to growth and prosperity and the other lead to endless European wars and the birth of Communism simply by the destroy everything and start over mentality.

Well, for one, the Movement for Black Lives, who are reportedly "affiliated" with Black Lives Matter. They are connected somehow, those I haven't been able to discover what the nature of their affiliation is.

I don’t really care, personally. The movement is bigger than anything non-profit organization at this point.

Elevation does not require demotion of one over the other. Equality under the law and recognition of police brutality does not require white apology. Trying to use the guilt tactic for sins that one has never commited is a form of demotion. No one currently alive was a slave or owned slaves. Our country was not founded on slavery these are lies meant to tear at the fabric of the country primarily by liberal communists.
