Gone with the wind is only gone from HBOMax. Still selling on Amazon like hotcakes. Monuments still around, just a few confederates ones no longer standing. Not a huge loss, honestly. Free speech gone? No, I'm pretty sure it still exists. Right to assembly may be suspended but only temporarily... and besides, those pesky riots and protests seem to have won over the rationality of minimizing the spread of Covid-19. They want police departments who have been harboring criminals within their own ranks dismantled and defunded. The police aren't going anywhere. In fact, they've fought very hard to de-legitimize those protesting the shooting and killing of unarmed civilians that you're talking about rioters looting and destroying public property than murdering civilians. Mission accomplished.
You are weirdos. You aren't conservative, let alone fiscal, just Democrats by any other name. Fiercely liberal when it comes to due process (which Trump said he was willing to suspend in order to get guns out of the hands of potential criminals. Something a real second amendment defender would say "f**k Trump to. And I do. You?)
Media makes mistakes, it does not openly lie. We still have court systems that can sue the pants off people for fake news and libel comments to private citizens. Remember Nick Sandmann? He went up against fake news and supposedly got millions in a settlement from CNN for misreporting the events at the capitol.
The Democrats have not tried every criminal tactic to take down the president because he's still breathing. And murder? Still a crime. I'm pretty sure no Democrat has tried to kill him. At least, no elected official, administrator, or secretary has. But, then again, I'm pretty sure that would be classified. So chances are, you know about as much as I do about that.
Destruction to public and private property is a serious crime, and I'm pretty sure that bail would be denied against those with sufficient evidence to prove otherwise. Most of the people who are being bailed are protesters, not rioters.
I'm particularly not a fan of the CHAZ either, but I don't think Trump's going to do anything to successfully deescalate the situation. Turning the military on them will only make matters worse. But these people aren't advocating the destruction of America. They're advocating the destruction of corrupt government that not only seeks to harm them, but murder them in cold blood. It is worth fighting for, even if you disagree with how they do it.
